The absolute worst user experience for any sport I have ever seen. From your lineup, your programming schedule naming scheme, and your choice of match coverage, all seems designed to deny any person who does not subscribe to your premium service access to any complete picture of a tournament. This is just another example of a company bleeding profit from users instead of making an actual product people would pay for. I am a fan of tennis and refuse to be bullied into spending more.
I subscribe to TC Plus which is expensive. The mobile app is performing terribly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Most of the time, even the free content won't load or play at all. When I've tried streaming the premium content over 5G, it constantly freezes and buffers which requires me to close the app and try again. Basically the content is unwatchable. It works better on the Roku TV device for me. But for the high subscription fee, the mobile app should function as well.
Having me sign in then subscribe then error, whats up with that ,I'm confused, wanting tennis
This app allows you to watch some matches, but when quarter finals, semi finals, and finals take place, their PLUS premium channels that broadcasted the games suddenly STOPS broadcasting the games unless you have cable TV. Not sure why they do that for the Indian Wells, and Miami Open so far??? It is unacceptable! They do respond quick for questions. But it does not solve the issue. Later I bought cable TV with Hulu which is not supported as of this moment when this review is written.
Good
All of a sudden, on major tournaments like Indian Wells and Miami, there's no coverage.. I don't understand what happened... No coverage at all towards the end of the tournament.
App works well. I havent had any trouble streaming on it. But tennis channel Plus prob not worth it. Plus does not include the Cable feed. So for the BIG matches (semis, finals) you still need a cable provider.
Possibly the worst app ever created but sadly they won't play nice and get back on YT TV. Unreal that for 120 bucks it rarely works and when it does it forgets who you are and you have to log back in. Horrible.
Way too expensive of a service to be this unreliable. I have spent as much time troubleshooting the app with their IT team as I have spent using it. I can't wait for a stable platform to become available. It just doesn't exist yet.
(I have regular TC subscription, not plus.) Works fine. Primitive interface. Too many ads when you log in. Easier to watch on my cable provider's app. It should at least give you a broadcast schedule and let you set notifications for favorite players. Something.
